P-OGC22 Incidence and relevance of clinically indeterminate non-regional lymph nodes in the treatment of oesophageal cancer

Abstract Background Metastatic involvement of non-regional supraclavicular or superior mediastinal lymph nodes in distal oesophageal cancer is rare, but has important implications for prognosis and management. The management which appear indeterminate on CT FDG PET-CT (subcentimetre those with preserved normal morphology, increased avidity) can present a diagnostic dilemma.
